Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Scar Tissue Manipulation, and Orthopedic Exercise.
Our CAM-based therapies aim to enhance physical comfort, promote restorative rest, and facilitate pain-free physical activity, complementing your standard medical care.

Bodywork and exercise therapies, while generally safe, may pose risks if they overly tax the body. To reduce risks, keep your therapists updated about your health. Common risks include muscle soreness, bruising, sleepiness, and flu-like symptoms. Uncommon risks include headaches, allergic reactions, fatigue, nerve damage, dislodging of blood clots, kidney damage, bone fractures, and symptom flares.
For safety reasons, we generally discourage therapy sessions during the acute stage of an injury, when experiencing organ failure, within six weeks post-surgery, when the health condition is severe or unstable, and during active and contagious infections. Exceptions may apply, and we evaluate each case individually.
Session lengths are flexible to ensure adequate attention to your needs. You can expect approximately 30 minutes of hands-on work, with total appointment durations ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.

Your therapist will explain the procedures and guide you on what to do. If at any time you are unsure of what to do and do not want to ask us, rest, let go, and leave us in charge. We will inform you if we need anything from you.
