Refunds
Refunds are managed as follows:
- Digital Products: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for digital products.
- Services: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for rendered services.
- Products: For product refunds, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Make sure to provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for requesting the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, worn, altered, tampered with, or for other reasons.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we’ll review it and let you know the status. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If this isn’t possible, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative method.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions
Non-refundable items include digital products and services.
