All sessions are developed around a main therapy (massage, exercise, or movement)
and include the other two as auxiliary therapies.
Prices
After the first 30 minutes, each 15-minutes increment is charged
at the rate corresponding to the type of session.
Massage Therapy (15-minutes rates)
Soft Tissue Massage
Massage focused on specific body areas with problems such as tension, muscle knots, stiff joints, and swelling due to Lymphedema.
Restful Massage
Massage focused on overall rest and relaxation.
Restful Soft Tissue Massage
Massage focused on soft tissue related problems, rest, and relaxation.
Exercise Therapy (15-minutes rates)
Functional Physical Activity
Instruction and practice of exercises, stretches, and movements that emphasize functional strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion.
Restful Stretch
Passive and assisted stretches performed to address tension, muscle knots, and joint stiffness while conserving energy.
Movement Therapy (15-minutes rates)
Functional Mobility
Instruction and practice of exercises and movements that emphasize functional balance, stability, and coordination.
Restful Motion
Passive and assisted movements performed to address tension, muscle knots, joint stiffness, swelling due to Lymphedema. and fatigue while conserving energy.
